Free Sports Physicals offered at MedWest-Haywood Health & Fitness Center

A group of over 60 volunteers and 30 physicians will offer free sports participation physicals for Haywood County middle and high public school students for the 2012-2013 school year on Tuesday May 29th at the Health and Fitness Center of Medwest- Haywood 

Times will be the following:
5:45 Canton Middle and Bethel Middle School
6:30 Pisgah High School
7:15 Waynesville Middle School
8:00 Tuscola High School

Health information packets will be available in the front offices of each school two weeks prior to physicals. These will need to be filled out by parents prior to the physicals. Parental attendance is also requested in the case of health related questions or findings by our team of physicians and health care specialists.  There is no makeup date, students that miss this date can receive physicals with their family physician or at one of Medwest's Urgent care centers at another time.
